We begin with digital acquisition (3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering), moving into advanced 3D CAD Engineering (Siemens NX), where we perform parametric modeling, mass optimization, and FEM strength analysis. The process concludes with the precise design of molds and production tooling.

Production process

We deliver superior composite solutions for your toughest demands. Our process ensures world-class quality by utilizing advanced prepreg materials and precise autoclave curing for maximum mechanical strength. Equipped with autoclaves, post-cure heating chambers, 5-axis CNC milling machines, and cutting arms, our facility manages the entire lifecycle, from prototyping to final production. We specialize in materials like carbon fiber, glass fiber, fiber hybrids, and expertly employ a variety of sandwich structures.
